End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

By using Our Free Tools and order Our Product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Listed Application and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by DragonDev. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use Our Free Tools and do not order Our Product.

Service

By purchasing our services or our products you have agreed to not be able to make a claim for refund. You can only refund if DragonDev does not process your order and there is no valid proof if your booking is in progress.

License

DragonDev grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or DragonDev. DragonDev may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from DragonDev, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application, request cancel product and delete from server, pc or your mobile device.

Amendments to this Agreement

By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application.

Entire Agreement

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DragonDev regarding your use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and DragonDev. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other Dragon Development services, which DragonDev will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.

It governs the privacy terms of our Mobile App. Any capitalized terms not defined in our Privacy Policy, have the meaning as specified in our Terms of Service.

DragonDev follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share your information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information. You will see terms in our Privacy Policy that are capitalized. These terms have meanings as described in the Definitions section below.

Definitions

We automatically receive information from your mobile device. This information includes name and email from which you entered our Mobile App. This information also includes the device id and mac address of your smartphone that you use to access our Mobile App. We use all of this infomation to activate license Mobile App.
